Due to our summer holiday closure, orders and enquiries received between 8 and 16 August will be processed from 17 August onwards.
Please note that you can continue to place orders and make purchases as usual.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, including during holidays.
As our products are made-to-order, they will be shipped from Japan based on the lead time stated on each product page. For popular items, we may contact you with additional details after your order is placed.
Business hours: 10:00–17:00 (JST, weekdays)
Inquiries received during holidays will be responded to starting from the next business day.
