Payment

We accept payment by credit cards. The following credit cards can be used.
Credit Card Payment: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club - PayPal

[Important Notes]

・The card holder's name you entered must match the card holder's name on your credit card.
・Once a credit card payment is made, changes to or cancellation of the order cannot be accepted.
・Please contact your credit card company regarding the credit card payment date.

[Customs Charges and Duties]

You may be requested to pay custom charges and duties if the amount of the items exceeds the duty free limit depending on the country or territory to which items are to be delivered.
Please pay the above fees to the delivery staff at the time of delivery.
If the item is returned to Japan because of refusal to pay customs charges or duties, the cost of the item (including shipping fees) shall not be refunded.
For details, please contact the customs authorities in the country/territory to which items are to be delivered.

Shipping and Shipping Fees

For shipping to countries other than Japan, please enter all addresses in English.
Items will be shipped from Japan. (The customer is responsible for shipping fees)
Shipping fees and delivery areas vary depending on the service used (FedEx is used for delivery outside of Japan).

Shipping Service

After ordering, items will be shipped from Japan as soon as they are ready.
Our offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Japanese national holidays. Customer support and shipping service are not available on these days.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only allowed if the customer receives a wrong or damaged item.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 8 days of the delivery of the purchased items.
Please contact us via the contact form on our website within 8 days of receiving the item.
Please note that we will not provide a refund if an item has been shipped back to Japan without contacting us.

[Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable items]

(1) Items which have been opened or used.
(2) Items returned due to the customer's personal reasons.
(3) More than 8 days have passed since delivery of the item.
(4) The customer has not contacted us in advance.
*Refunds may require up to 2 months. Refunds will be paid to your credit card or payment account.
*Please note that the amount billed to your credit card at the time of payment and the refunded amount may vary due to changes in the foreign exchange rate.
