These pants are finished exclusively with patchwork taken from the plaid parts of the "PC KENDO." However, it's not as simple as doing a bit of patchwork. The difficulty in finding the right balance and colour, direction and quantity—the possibilities are infinite. The fabric used here is an extra-long-staple (ELS) cotton called "Suvin Gold." The high-quality Japan-made fabric gives you a feeling of euphoria when you wear it. The pants feature the perfect tapering silhouette and can play the centerpiece or compilemt a top to enhance any outfit.
The reason why kendo (Japanese swordsmanship) suits are plaid is not only for design and texture. It is thought that plaid was used to minimize the friction between the fabric and the skin.
